昨日の7月23日(木)は、大阪に日帰り出張やったがよ。
まずは高知龍馬空港の書店にて、この日発売の「週刊実話」を購入。

ご自身で書かれた筆文字のPOPが、こぢゃんと目をひくがやき。

1時間ちょいばあ、綿密に打ち合わせさいてもうたがやけんど、

9月9日(水)の「重陽(ちょうよう)の節句」の日っちゅう、食欲の秋らしい絶品食材が出回り始める最高の時期での開催ながやき。
「日本のホンマに美味しい旬の食は、旬の日本酒と合わいて楽しむことで美味しさが倍増する！」っちゅうポリシーで全国各地で日本酒の会を開催し、
絶賛されてきちゅう司牡丹社長の竹村(ワシのことぜよ！)が、「咲蔵」さんの絶品和食のフルコース1品1品に、最高の相性を示す司牡丹を選抜さいてもうたがよ。
例えば、高知直送の「藁焼きカツオの塩タタキ」と「船中八策ひやおろし」(超辛口・特別純米生詰原酒)らあながやき。
産地直送で鮮度抜群の脂ののった藁焼きカツオを天然塩でいただく！
